At Thrive Center for Health, we’re proud to have a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners who are among the few in Michigan educated in ketamine-assisted therapy.

A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience and advanced training through ASKP3. Erika takes a holistic approach to care, combining lifestyle factors and therapeutic relationships to support lasting healing.

With a background in both physical and mental health care, Kari brings a well-rounded, deeply compassionate presence to her practice. She’s passionate about ketamine’s potential to help patients move forward in their mental wellness journeys.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Kelsey supports patients through medical clearances and infusions, providing detailed, attentive care. Her warm, supportive presence helps patients feel safe and understood at every step.
These providers represent the heart of Thrive’s innovative approach, delivering evidence-based care, personal connection, and real hope to every patient they serve.
